Professionalism of lecturer can be recognized by work assessment in some activities in Tridharma University such as Teaching Learning, Research, and Sosial Responsibility. Process of lecturer’s work assessment in Politeknik Negeri Cilacap is ruled by BKD lecturer’s load and responsibility. The work assessment from this system is only applied for certified professional lecturer proved by number of certificate which is qualified by senior lecturer and dean of faculty. By the fact above, writer develop the decision support system as the media to support lecturer work assessment generally in Topsis method. It is applied to calculate load and responsibility of lecturer as Profesional Educator in several preferenes and grades, even students’ review also used as additional point for more accurate assessment. From the result of decision support system in lecturer work assessment in Politeknik Negeri Cilacap based on blackbox method after implemented can be concluded that the system made is able to handle the requirement in accordance with the purpose of making system that is to know the quality and professional of all lecturers at Politeknik Negeri Cilacap.
